Digital Art project. Every day: born-die-born...

Every day: born-die-born-die-born-die-born-
Art - exhibition in Berlin. Vorona Gallery. July - August 2022
This small series of digital paintings was started in the first weeks of the war in Ukraine. The shock and horror of what was happening initially deprived me of all my strength. The absolute inability to control one's body during missile attacks has not disappeared, but there was a period when the awareness of the possibility of quick and accidental death gave impetus to the creation of these works.
Appeal to mythology and symbolism: from Perseus defeating Medusa, the god of war Ares, tired of fighting; to local Odesa symbols of the city, such as the Duke de Richelieu. All this helped me think about global and basic things, so as not to descend into blind hatred and anger.
Also in my works I turned to artists that were significant to me, which gave me strength and formed a connection between centuries and generations.
I would like to thank Ksenia B. for being there at the beginning of the war and supporting my creative processes, the Vorona Gallery for quickly organizing the exhibition; Tom from Berlin, who kindly provided his workshop for several months; buyers of these digital prints. And also to all the other people who helped us survive, drop by drop.

thank y'all
